We were so disappointed. The round outside rods were defective. The wood was actually rotted and split. We have been calling for a week, no one answers and the e-mail address bounced. This was a $69.95 toy organizer, not cheap. The company clearly doesn't care about it's customers. Will never order from them again. Rating: 1 / 5 This product was of very poor quality.
