These herb scissors work just like they are supposed to do. I can hold a bunch of freshly washed herb leaves over my stir-fry and snip-snip. Tiny strips of herbs are in the skillet. The scissors have not been a problem to wash, even with soft fresh herbs that were cut. I have a vegetable brush to use if all the herbs do not wash out. I hang my scissors “open” with my cooking utensils so that they completely dry.

Makes short work of making fine strip cuts of herbs. Good addition to any kitchen.

My wife wanted these as she complains that cutting herbs takes too much time and it was too difficult to get finly chopped ingredients. We ordered the Norpro and she is very happy. As you can imagene there are 3 blades so you are cutting things 3xs as fast and as the blades are stacked right up against the other your chopping is very fine. We have used these for some time now and the blades are not dulling at all. Just make sure that children dont get their hands on them as the blades will dull quickly if you use them on paper or cardboard.

The triple herb scissors are triple great and fun to use! The first time I used them I cut chives to take to a book club meeting. The hostess served baked potatoes and club members brought various toppings. I got lots of “oos and awes” over how uniform my chives where cut. Since then, I’ve discovered they quickly cut many other herbs such as rosemary, tarragon, and thyme. I highly recommend these scissors!
