I was a first time cat owner last year. Satisfied with just a cat scratcher and a few toys I was hesitant to buy a tree house due to the expense. But when my second came along last month I felt it was time to invest in something fun for their enjoyment and entertainment (plus add additional scratching posts). I was impressed this product came within three days of ordering with all the pieces and with clear instructions. It was very easy to assemble; taking me only 20 minutes to put it all together. The 7 month old immediately took to it and claimed his spot inside the cat house. The 1 year old sniffed it for a few days before deciding she’d try it out. Now both LOVE it – often perched on the thing looking out the window or taking cat naps. They pretty much ignored each other previously, but now they sit together on it. I agree with other reviewers that the top section is a little wobbly but overall I think the quality is great and the service was excellent.

Easy to assemble. Be sure to tighten all screws! Cats were already lounging in the house while I was putting it together. I hope to get years of use out of it as I’m a foster home for cats and kittens.

Item came in a timely manner, was complete, is sturdy and the cats are beginning to like it more & more as they get
used to it. A very good buy!

This is beautiful piece of furniture and if I were small enough, I would love to join any of my cats if they would allow it. What impressed me the most was the ease of assembly. Each piece is clearly marked and the instructions could not be more clear. It went up in under a half hour and only took that long because I put the cube on backwards. And that is because one of my more cuddly cats had already made claim to it and couldn’t wait till the Tower was assembled. I don’t recommend assembly with a cat-in-residence
Even before the Tower arrived, I received a wonderful email from the owner of the company letting me know that they stand behind their products 100% and that if I had any questions, they were only an email away. I’ve never had this type of experience before and shows such a personal touch which is rare in online shopping.
The Tower was sent out immediately and I received it in just a few days.
My cats love the Tower and if I had the space, I would order one for each room.

Our two cats have loved it from the moment that it was constructed from the box. Very easy to put together and well made. It is a blast to watch the cats play on it several times each day. It is a main source of exercise and enjoyment for our cats. We should have purchased this item long before we actually did.
