The Moen 9″ hand grip was purchased to serve dual duty in a small bathroom we remodeled for accessibility. The design is simple but attractive and the size is perfect for draping a hand-towel next to a lavatory. However, it isn’t just decorative. If mounted properly into studs, it is extremely sturdy and can provide more than adequate support for a good-sized adult. We were so impressed with the first one that we bought two more to mount in strategic locations next to the exit points of a stair lift, providing a little extra stability for an individual with a disability that makes him a little unsteady on his feet.

This sturdy and attractive polypropylene handgrip is 12.6 inches long allowing plenty of room for your hand. It is best installed onto a stud. For installing: Remove cap aside and mount assembled unit on wall using 2-inch screws (provided).
