The chairs arrived on the designated date of deliveray, but they were pretty well damaged. I think it was UPS that delivered them, and we sent a note to Serena to let her know what happened. She answered right away and told us what she had to do. She kept us in the loop pretty good. We decided to send some pictures just incase she needed something to show, but in the meantime she had the paperwork going and the chairs were replaced just about the time she said they would be. She was very helpful. She just asked us to be patient, which we were, and everything came through good.
