I have a small cat and a small dog (under 20 lbs). What is a good estimate of how much this would cost? What about a two bedroom? I lvoe in Austin, TX and I am curious if cost of living is higher there? Thanks.

I am pretty sure the cost of living is much higher in Chicago than in Texas!
