We installed this fan in our small downstairs bathroom. Works great for tight spaces having the fan and light in one. The fan does seem a bit noisy however we think that is due mostly to the tile floor. We have the same brand and size fan upstairs (w/o the light) in our vinyl floor bathroom and the fan is so quiet you don’t know it is even on.

The fan was easy for hubby to install. It pulls a lot of air through. Very nice for clearing steam out in a hurry.

This fan was purchased for a customer of mine during a bath remodel. I wanted something that would move lots of air but I also wanted to put something in that was quiet. Well this model does both very well. I had read somewhere on a post by others that the night light feature was complicated to wire up but we had no problems. Good Product and a good Amazon price.
