I purchased my scale in December. It arrived in time for Christmas and I am VERY pleased with the scale. Its great and I really like the feature that shows how many calories you need to maintain in order to maintain your current weight. That feature has helped me to stay on track. I definitely recommend this scale to any and everyone. Its really great!

I love the accuracy of this scale. I bought one for my mother last Mother’s day and had to go out a buy one for myself. It is delicate. If you have kids or other family members that are a bit hard on items like this (reason why this is my second purchase)you may need to hide it under the bed like I do. It’s the best electronic scale I have ever used and the weight is dead on. The calorie needs calculator is on par with other calculators. The set up, I thought, was pretty easy and the scale does not change the weight if you get on and get off, then back on again because maybe you thought your robe weighed 5 pounds
Long battery life too.

This is the second Taylor digital scale I have purchased and I have been very disappointed with both of them. When standing on the scale, it is impossible to get a reading unless standing perfectly still and motionless for 5 seconds or more. The numbers keep shifting and never arrive at a final reading, and eventually the scale either displays an ERR message, or automatically turns off. The numbers displayed seem to vary widely with even the slightest of movements. Perhaps the scale is TOO sensitive for weighing a human body… I don’t need accuracy to the tenth of a pound, just to the pound is sufficient. The problem must lie with a poor scale design.

I read a lot of reviews before actually committing to buy this scale. I didn’t actually buy it for the water and body fat measurements…just wanted something accurate for weight. The other features were a bonus and although I don’t know how accurate the water measurement is, the weight is correct. When I got this, the first weight was a about 3 pounds off from my doctor’s scale, and I had only been there 2 days before so it should have been close. Since that initial “base”, this scale has stayed accurate for me. I haven’t had any big ranges if i jump off and back on. I did notice that surface will affect the weight, and standing as they instruct is important. With that said, I would buy this again. It’s easy to use and the stainless steel looks nice. I’m not embarrassed to leave this out.
